More Xfm - or, rather, former Xfm people going elsewhere. Xfm Manchester's Station Sound Producer, Steve Dunlop, has been head hunted by Bauer Radio to be Programmes Manager for its The Hits station.
The Hits Programme Director, Anthony Gay, told reporters: "Steve is a great addition to the team and I'm looking for his strong creative skills to help drive the consistent growth we've seen in The Hits' listening hours".
Dunlop himself added: "I'm joining the UK's leading national digital station and I'm excited about the potential. It's already very successful but there's an opportunity to further develop its audiences and interactivity".
