No, not Peter. Outkast frontman Andre has been voted the best dressed man in the world by US version of Esquire. Esquire's fashion director Nick Sullivan told the BBC: "He's a complete individual. But that's really the point." Examples of the rapper's unique style include a lime green jacket at the 2004 Grammy Awards and red fur at a VH1 ceremony last year. The magazine also included Afghani president Hamid Karzai and Prince Felipe of Spain in their list of the best dressers.
