Elton John is apparently planning to get married to his partner David Furnish this Christmas, according to ITV.com, who say the ceremony will take place at a charity party for his AIDS foundation in New York in December. Asked about his marriage plans Elton is supposed to have said: "It's going to be on the 21st of December. That's all I know at the moment."
And elsewhere in Elton news, he's confirmed three dates at English county cricket grounds for next summer as part of his 'A Night Under The Stars' tour. As follows:
3 Jun: St Lawrence Cricket Ground, Canterbury, Kent
10 Jun: Durham County Cricket Ground, Chester-le-Street, County Durham
11 Jun: County Cricket Ground, New Road, Worcester.
