US SonyBMG division Epic has announced it has signed up INXS, presumably hoping that the band will enjoy a new boost when the 'search for a new front man' reality show Rock Star: INXS airs on CBS this week. As previously reported, INXS have been holding auctions in 22 cities around the world in a bid to find a new front man for the band. Those auditions will be shown on the show, as will the fifteen finalists who will then battle it out for a place in the band, and on that Epic album, which is due for release by the end of the year.
