The European Commission's public hearing on the proposed BMG Sony merger, due to take place this week, will now take place on 14 & 15 Jun. The hearing has been put back a week to give everyone more time to prepare (because it takes lots of time to prepare the same old arguments). As previously reported, pan-European independents body IMPALA are expected to speak out against the merger at the hearing.
