iTunes and Bebo do things

Bebo has partnered with iTunes so artists with Bebo profiles can link directly to their music, and will offer a free weekly iTunes download.

Also forming an alliance with iTunes are MySpace rivals Bebo (well, the UK bit). Artists with profiles on Bebo will be able to link directly to their music on iTunes, in theory making sell through of their tracks simpler. Of course, said bands will already have to have their music on iTunes, which rules out most unsigned bands, which presumably account for a large percentage of the bands on Bebo, but still, presumably some bands will take advantage of the new partnership. Bebo will also make a free iTunes download available each week, basically extending existing iTunes promotions to the Bebo audience.
