We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who loves solving puzzles, has a deep understanding of the music industry, and is ready to take on the challenge of making things happen, no matter what.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and the production to plan and manage the delivery of merchandise and sales tools to tour to venues across the globe
- Keeping clients, venues, merchandise managers, tour managers and the team informed
- Setting up reporting, Shopify POS devices
- Updating inventory, taxes and other settings as needed
- Ensuring all documentation is up to date
- Helping plan and advance tours and restocks with tour managers, artist teams and the production team
- Managing all concessions/venue sells admin and reporting
- Ensuring all costs are accounted for correctly and helping meet tour budgets
- Setting up POS and working with portal* to ensure tours run smoothly
- Planning of drops and splits on the road
- Arranging collections and drop offs of merch when needed
- Assisting global partners with their requirements for our touring artists
- Assisting with all tour-related production when needed
- Keeping up to date on current ship times and holidays globally
- Working with projections and pricing for tour
- Stocking and restocking tours with the production team
- Providing remote support to touring parties and merch sellers
- Merchandise manager roles on the road when suitable
- Helping the wider team where and when necessary
Required Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal with the ability to build and maintain relationships with others easily
- Would suit someone with previous merch manager/touring experience
- Excellent eye for detail
- Understanding of the music industry and its stakeholders
- Familiarity with venues across UK and EU
- Highly organised, natural problem solver
- Confident, calm and clearheaded
- Able to work to strict deadlines and manage your own workload effectively
- Able to work successfully within a team of people
- Self-starter, with a proactive approach to taking on tasks and projects who is process driven
- A love of physical products, apparel and music

Additional Notes
- Some out-of-hours work may be required, but we offer flexibility to offset late hours within the same week
