Microsoft UK has launched a video-on-demand service for Xbox 360 offering movies and around 100 music videos, paid for with Microsoft points.

Microsoft UK has launched a video on demand service for Xbox 360 users which will go live, oh, right now. Look, it just went live, just then. The service will offer both movies and music videos, using 'Microsoft points', which are apparently the 'currency' of the Xbox Live and Zune marketplaces. A 100 odd music videos will be available at launch, as will movies like 'Ocean's Eleven', 'The Perfect Storm' and 'The Fugitive'.
