Murder Inc boss accused again

Prosecutors accuse Murder Inc and boss Irv Gotti of paying 'dirty cash' to a convicted drug kingpin's company to finance the straight-to-video film 'Crime Partners', and seek the label's film revenues.

Another case against hip hop label Murder Inc and its boss Irv Gotti. Prosecutors have this week accused the label of writing cheques to a convicted drug kingpin's company in exchange for "dirty cash". The cash, they claim, was used to finance the straight-to-video movie 'Crime Partners' which starred Snoop Dog, Ice-T and Murder Inc artist Ja Rule.

The complaint, which says the label should give up all its revenues from the film, was filed as part of an ongoing money laundering investigation of Murder Inc and probably based on those raids of the label's offices earlier this year.
