One last TLC show to pay tribute to Lisa Left Eye

Surviving TLC members Chilli and T-Boz will perform at a New York Z100 show, likely their last, paying tribute to Lisa Lopez, and Arista plans a greatest hits album in the autumn.

The surviving members of TLC - Rozonda 'Chilli' Thomas and Tionne 'T-Boz' Watkins - will give their first performance since the death of Lisa 'Left Eye' Lopez on 1 Jun, and it is likely to be their last. The live performance will be part of a show organised by New York radio station Z100 which will also feature the likes of Ja Rule, Ashanti, Ginuwine, Simple Plan, 'NSYNC's JC Chasez, Bowling for Soup, Wayne Wonder, Tanto Metro & Devonte and Daniel Bedingfield.

Talking about the performance Thomas told reporters: "It's hard for us because next week will be a year that Lisa's been gone. I don't want it to be the end. I wish that we could just go on tour forever, but we can't do it like that. It is going to be a night that we all remember".

The duo are also likely to pay tribute to Aaliyah and Jam Master Jay during their performance. BMG label Arista have confirmed a TLC greatest hits album is planned for the Autumn, possibly including some previously unreleased material. Thomas is then expected to record a solo album - it is unclear whether the duo will then record together under a different name.
