TuneTribe confirm Xfm sponsorship

Download platform TuneTribe, co-founded by Tom Findlay, will sponsor Xfm's unsigned strand and Eddy TM's Remix Show.

TuneTribe have formally announced their sponsorship of some of the new music strands on London alternative music station Xfm, which they previously alluded to when they officially launched their download platform last week.

TuneTribe - you know, the independent download platform co-founded by Groove Armada's Tom Findlay - will sponsor both Xfm's unsigned strand and, and this is the really exciting bit, Eddy TM's simply wonderful Remix Show (OK, we're biased on that one, though independent research has shown that The Remix is simply wonderful).

Both sides reckon the partnership is a match made in sponsorship heaven (ah, imagine that, sponsorship heaven, an eternity surrounded by logos and false intentions, hang on, isn't that hell?). Both Xfm and TuneTribe, of course, are committed to championing new talent, and the sponsorship deal cleverly partners the download platform with those Xfm shows that do that best.

The partnership will be great exposure for the new music download service, with the two radio shows reaching an audience of 111,000 and 34,000 respectively on XFM, London's biggest indie-based radio station. Sorted.
