Wolfgang's Vault reaches part settlement

Wolfgang's Vault has settled with The Doors and Santana over trademark claims, while owner Bill Sagan has disputed the claims.

Wolfgang's Vault, that online store selling merchandise and live bootlegs obtained from late concert promoter Bill Graham, has reached an agreement with The Doors and Santana, two of the bands who sued the site in 2006, along with The Grateful Dead and Led Zeppelin. The bands claimed that the site violated their trademarks, although it's owner Bill Sagan has always disputed this and has continued to stream their material on the site.
