The Role
You'll work as part of a close-knit team across a varied client base, processing financial, catalogue, and contractual data to deliver accurate royalty reporting on monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly cycles, but the real goal is to create a smooth, stress-free experience for our clients.
It's detail-oriented work, but it's also people-oriented; you'll frequently interact with other members of the team, and occasionally directly with clients, so how you communicate matters just as much as how you calculate.

You don't need to have done this exact job before. What we're really looking for is someone who brings the right attitude and approach.
- You live in the UK
- You’re comfortable in a client-facing role
- You're calm under pressure and can prioritise without panicking
- You're confident enough to say, "I don't know, but I'll find out", and then actually find out
- You think critically and enjoy solving problems, not just processing them
- You're comfortable with numbers and data, and reasonably handy with Excel
- You communicate clearly and warmly, whether that's with a colleague or a client
- You're methodical and attentive to detail, but you don't lose sight of the bigger picture
- You're a quick learner who adapts well to new systems and ways of working
- You're happy working remotely and self-sufficiently day to day
