Kazaa to distribute Ice-T fronted show

File-sharing service Kazaa will distribute a weekly hip hop show fronted by Ice-T, produced by Pseudo.com, with embedded adverts.

Word is the music industry's latest download enemy Kazaa will distribute a new hip hop TV show featuring Ice-T. The weekly hip-hop culture magazine programme - 'One Nation' – is produced by Pseudo.com. Viewers will be encouraged to pass the downloaded show onto friends directly – reducing the number of people downloading it direct from the site and thus reducing the strain on the site's bandwidth. This venture is slightly more commercial than those run by most illegal download sites – the show includes ads which are embedded in such a way that viewers can’t edit them out when forwarding the show to friends. Whether Ice T's label BMG approve of the link up with website they are currently suing we're not sure.
