Set to release their second album ‘Good Living Is Coming For You’ later this month, Sweeping Promises – comprising Lira Mondal and Caufield Schnug – have followed up last month’s ‘Eraser’ with new single ‘You Shatter’.
Like its predecessor, the new track is a punchy art-punk number given extra urgency with scratchy, lo-fi production. The duo themselves say: “‘You Shatter’ is our ode to being a hammer”.
‘Good Living Is Coming For You’ is set for release on 30 Jun, and Sweeping Promises will be in the UK and Ireland for live shows in October.
